I Love the Shirt

Unacceptable response to customer mistake reported mmediatel

The product is outstanding but I will probably not order anymore. The reason is I inadvertently ordered 2 of the same shirt in the same size online and then immediately contacted the company by chat to ask for a reduction to one. The contact said it would be no problem and then cut me off. When I tried to resume a chat, I was told there was no one available. I then sent an email which was not answered until after the order had been mailed. I was told to return the extra short for credit but I would have to pay the postage. I believe. I have contacted your company in plenty of time to have the order changed. I should not be charged with the mailing charges and should not have had to mail it back even though it was my initial mistake. Thus while I have used your product for years ( purchased at Steinmart while it was open), I will find another provider.
