My comforter arrived in a Walmart Mainstays Body Pillow bag, which was open. The comforter itself was not in any sort of bag (sealed or open) identified as a Macy’s product. In addition, there was no down in the comforter. It was two sheets down together. I tried repeatedly to reach Macy’s customer service to no avail. In addition I called the local Macy’s to see about an exchange and could not get anyone to answer the phone in 3 different departments. Finally after returning the product I tried the 800 customer service number just to see what sort of response I’d get. It was no surprise when the customer service person could barely speak English and didn’t know what I was talking about when I mention there was no down in the comforter. She didn’t know what “down” was. Macy’s has gone from a leader in retailing to a dismal afterthought lead by a feckless management team. My days shopping at Macy’s are over.

I didn’t receive the correct item. I called customer service and they said it is no longer sold. So they went ahead and shipped me a different item because the item that I originally bought isn’t sold anymore?! Strange. Also, I am still availing my refunded money. It has been an entire week.

I received an empty comforter shell. No filling. Not only that I received it in a Walmart Mainstays brand body pillow plastic cover. What kind of scam are they pulling here? DO NOT PURCHASE!

Not sure if this was a mistake but it’s just two sheets stitched together, no filling. Part of the stitching is undone as well. Also, it came in a bag that was meant for a body pillow, not the original packaging from nautica. Will be returning.

I received a shell without any filling, despite the description saying it was “stuffed with feathers”. Huge disappointment! It’s like a sheet!

The weight of the comforter was great but the feathers were flying out everywhere when I took it out of the package. I thought it was just a few at first but after shaking the comforter it was obvious this would continue to happen. I returned it immediately.
The comforter smells extremely bad. DO NOT BUY. Ending up returning it.
