Not true to picture or description

Completely disappointed in this order, it looks nothing like the picture. It barely had any leaves on it, compared to how full it looked online. Also, they sent me a tree that was 120cm when the online description said it would be 160cm. I included a picture of what I got vs what it’s supposed to look like. I shipped it back within 3hrs of receiving it. Definitely not worth what I spent.
