Wrong Description Rude C.S.
Do Not BUY, it states that it's the deluxe in the description and it is NOT. IT'S JUST the Plus version, I ordered it and went to the store in Salem, N.H. to pick it up and realized it was Not the Deluxe I spoke to a manager who insisted that it was what the description said it was I simply told her she was mistaken it's definitely not the Deluxe and asked her to show me where it said Deluxe on the box she rudely walked away absolutely horrendous customer service. I kept telling her and other associates at the counter that you can tell it's not by the size of the water reservoir, the Deluxe has a 60 ounce one and the plus only has a 40 ounce it stated on the box it was only a 40 ounce reservoir so that makes it not the Deluxe but none of them wanted to hear it, after going back and forth with the manager I said it wasn't it, she said it was and walked away., so I told them to keep it I don't want it and give me my money back
Absolutely amazing!
Such a great coffee maker. We've had it for 4 years and it is still just as amazing as the day we got it. I am absolutely obsessed. The coffee hits EVERY time!

As good as the original Vertuo! Excellent coffee
I have a Nespresso Vertuo at home and I got this Vertuo Plus for my father because I cannot stand visiting him without having my morning Nespresso coffee. I refuse to go back to drip coffee. I haven't converted my dad yet, but that's just as well, because he won't use it all up while I'm away. I think the Plus works just as well as the original Vertuo, which has lasted us three years without problems. I trust the Plus will be as good. I used to drink several cups of drip coffee every day...but now I'm completely satisfied with one single cup of Nespresso. I think that's healthier. I now drink water and milk the rest of the day! I love the foam that forms on top of the Nespresso coffees too. Thank god we can recycle the pods!!

This is amazing! I switched from a keurig to this and I absolutely love it. The coffee is so much better in my opinion and the design is a lot better. It brews very quickly and the water doesn’t take a super long time to heat up. I descale it pretty often to keep the coffee fresh. But I absolutely recommend!!!!

Too much crema
I just bought this machine thinking it would be as good as the old ones. The coffee comes out with way too much crema and not enough pure coffee. The flavor gets muted from this and bitter. I would not recommend it for coffee use.

Good but spendy
So good, as someone who was a barista for YEARS, this makes quality coffee. The one thing that made me get something else was the fact that the pods are so expensive. The pods do make pretty legit espresso though

Brew at Home
This beauty replaced by old coffee machine. I love drinking quality coffee every morning. I have revived my coffee addiction. This machine stops me from ordering coffee while out. It tastes just that good. It doesn't take up much counter space. The machine noise is minimum. Perfect purchase for me!
