Down Alternative pillows are ok

My expectation was I’d receive a pillow with a more fill power. It is down alternative but for a king size pillow it seems very weak as a pillow. I bought for my husband, I have down pillows which I prefer so I think a matter of preference to materials, however it is washable and no feathers will ever poke out.

Is the a joke? 12 days later and only one pillow out of a 2-pack order has arrived. I order 2, 2-iders and only pillow out of four gas arrived ..this is bot good!!
