Hadn't even shipped out yet!

I bought this almost 2 weeks ago and it still says it's processing! I contacted customer service 1 week after buying and they said it was almost shipped out. They also said that they cant do anything about it due to it almost being shipped out. I don't understand why the merchant says expected to shipped within 2 days if that is not true! highly recommend reading reviews before buying from this merchant!

A good product

I am very happy with the twin duvet covers . The fabric is lovely and soft the color is as it was shown . I really like the (tuck pleating ) it adds a lot to the covers . Also ,happy with th unexpected pillow covers .
