I regret buying this sectional sofa. The quality is extremely poor. The fabric is cheap, and after just a short time, it's already peeling and collecting lint. It looks worn out way too soon. The cushions are also a huge letdown—thin, uncomfortable, and lacking proper support. Overall, this sofa is not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for durability or comfort. Spend your money elsewhere!

I've had this sectional for 7 years now with two kids. Overall it looks sleek and is still comfortable. We get compliments from guests. One issue is cushions do depress over time if one is used more than others. I'm almost sinking to the ground on one seat which isn't good. Maybe there's a way to fix that? I have no idea. But overall we still like it and it works for us.

So shows up with broken legs. Spent two days trying to get the issue resolved to have their customer service auto hang up on me. My husband and I don’t make big purchases like this and it was just a complete let down. Won’t buy from Macy again, and now we get to live with a broken over priced and uncomfortable couch.

This couch is amazing!! I researched numerous other pieces and kept coming back to this. Originally, we were looking at the leather version but found that the two (2) recliners and chaise headrests are manual instead of power. DO NOTE that the chaise on the fabric version is MANUAL but the headrests for recliners ARE POWERED! We can't get enough of using this couch. The photos do not show accurate color and finishing of the fabric. It looks like velvet/microfiber but it is not. It is more like boule material. The blue is gorgeous. I am a very picky person but I have nothing negative to say about this couch. It has held up well even with our dog scratching and trying to bury his treats and toys. That being said, it does deserve 5 stars.

we are about a month into having this couch and it's already pilled. the recliners are great but the couch without the recliner is much less firm than the recliner couches. overall a great couch but not sure how long it will last..
