Shoes contain a defect

Send me the shoes contain a defect. There is no my size if I return and reorder. I really like the style so I keep this. They refuse to provide me any promotion/refund any gap/discount offer. That is no fair.

Light turquoise

Was way too tight , had to send back. I ordered the same size as the Core 574 classic ones , but they fit one true to size and this one ran small im guessing.

Disappointing Quality

The N on the right inside of both shoes came looking like it was coming off and not stitched properly. The stitching is very poor and quality is not what it used to be. Disappointing and won’t be purchasing going forward :(

Yes i got these basic shoes and love them! Sue me

Love these shoes! I broke them in around DC (lots of walking!!) and they did not hurt my feet. Super comfy and cute shoes!! Wish they had a wide option, but once I loosened the laces a bit they were fine. Toe box is wide enough for my toes!!!!
