Tacky cheap yellow foam

The exposed yellow foam on the top of the tongue was a jump scare. I assumed it was a defect because it looks tacky and unfinished as far as the seaming. I was alarmed when I first saw the cheap quality of this shoe in person. I always thought New Balance had a good reputation. The sizing was right but they definitely aren’t very comfortable, thin ole, no arch support. I’m definitely disappointed. Won’t be shopping here again that left a really bad impression.

Comfortable shoes

Very comfortable shoes but you need to size up your normal size I wore them everywhere while we were on holiday for four weeks and didn't hurt at all plus a lot of walking too

Look unfinished

The fit is good, but the new raw edge tongue looks cheesy and unfinished. Thought it was a manufacturer defect until I looked closer at the pictures. This is my 3rd pair of 574s, but the first I've been disappointed in.
