Great customer service

I visited Macy’s in New York on 34th and Broadway in June. So I bought this lovely canvas bag. Well while vacationing in Bimini Bahamas in July my bag was stolen. So I called the store and salesman Todd saved the day. I live in Atlanta, and I wanted that bag again.Todd was amazing, he kept looking until he found it. So whenever you’re visiting NYC stop by and receive that excellent customer service from Todd in the visiting center. ❤️🎉
