do not order anything from Macy's any more

This is the most unfortunate and awkward shipping I've ever seen so far, I order this per of shoes on 07/01/24 and the shipping suppose to be 3 to 6 days and then it turned to 9 days and then to 07/12/24 at 7 pm, now it's 11:30 and I just got home there is no package and the ups saying that the carrier got change again + there's no information on this app so it means Macy's is really not care about any order and any shipping no more and that's funny if you just passed 1 day of the date of return policy they never going to accept it, it's already past 12 days Sean's I order the item and still I don't have it !!! How about If I need the item afew days ago ?!?! that's really messed up...
