Pick it up at the store

I love the bag, but I was very disappointed in the delivery…very little padding and the handbag itself arrived bent and a little marred by the shipping…more care in packaging for shipping would make me more confident in ordering again…and less upset by arrival condition. As it stands now, I’ll think twice before ordering for home delivery.
