NEVER order anything if shipped by a third party!

I ordered this purse. Pictures weren’t clear that there are no inside pockets and sides had sufficient opening that anything inside like money, lipstick, credit card could easily fall out - so I took to Macys directly and returned. But it was sold by a third party and it took 45 + days and numerous customer service calls to get my refund on Macys card - it was even several weeks after it was received by SL Holding company. In meantime I had to pay my minimum and now I have a credit on my card vs a simple return zero balance! Macys is going so downhill... and customer service no longer treats you like a valued customer. Always check if it’s really a Macys product! They are selling items on Macys site that are ‘Marketplace’ cheap products by third party sellers and take no accountability for the products. Buyers Beware!

Much, Much Nicer Than I Expected!

Great crossbody bag, great price, much nicer than you would expect at this price. I had to return it because it was too small. I not only need to fit in my cell phone, wallet, glasses, I need my emergency inhaler and I simply wasn't able to fit everything in it. But, when they make same style bigger bag, I'll definitely buy it because I love that it keeps it's shape!
