The beast!
This beast kicks out some pretty wicked ice! Make sure you have plenty of counter space however as it’s quite a bit bigger than your crappy old one.

Nice Appliance
We researched countertop ice makers since out ice-maker in our refrigerator quit a while ago, forcing us to get bagged ice from the local grocery stores. After much shopping around, we came across the NewAir AI-215SS stainless steel countertop ice-maker. Ordering was extremely easy with several pay options. Shipping was fast and received the unit in about a week. Followed the recommended start-up instructions and after cleaning the machine, plugged it in, and within 10 minutes it was dropping ice. Have tried all 3 ice sizes and all produce excellent ice. I will circle back with any updates after extended use. Nice job NewAir!!

Ice ice baby!!
It’s an amazing little machine! Pumps out ice as stated. Our fridge went out and the struggle has been real being home all day without an ice maker. This machine saved me! The fridge never kept up with my demand anyway and this little machine is plenty good.

Huge capacity for portable counter top ice maker
I had 2 26lb ice makers and they couldn't keep up with the heat in my home most of the time barely had enough ice for a 32oz drink so I got this 50lb ice maker its foot print is about 1 and half of my smaller one and about 1 and a half taller than the 26lb ones. Holds tons of ice compared to the old one takes over gallon and a half of water un the reservoir and will hold the ice for so much longer than the smaller ones. No matter when I go to get ice there is always more than needed for 2 people ready and available and my kitchen is hot as hades all summer long. I have no regrets buying this ice maker at all. Very satisfied and more than pleased.

Excellent ice maker and customer service
Purchased this ice maker October 2020. Excellent speed and quality - we didn't want to mess with water filters and have been using spring water for higher quality ice cubes. Unfortunately a coolant leak developed in July 2021, however Newair customer service replaced the unit at no cost to me given that it was within the 1-year manufacturer warranty. Fast process, highly recommend.
