Too firm

This is a well made sofa, however, I gave it three stars because it’s not very comfortable. It is very firm. Too firm for my taste and comfort level.

False statement on web

The web page stated the sofa sectional has a 10 day Production and Delivery. So, we order it in mid November for Christmas holiday. Checking in the status after the ten days and it's not going to be here till mid January. No update from Macy's that it would not meet their 10 day schedule. This is my worse experience with Macy's.
