Great customer service and a great product

I wasn't too sure about this night time product. But Sandra assured me I could exchange it if I wanted to. She was so incredibly helpful. I had left Dillards without making a purchase even with free gift. Was overwhelmed there. Sandra was so kind and helped me with my purchase. And I do love this nighttime cream.

Missing gift

Your advertisement said there was as a free gift included in my Estée Lauder purchase. It was not in my box. It’s not product problem, but the missing free gift.
