Lightweight plastic and very solid.

I have wrist pain so I cannot do flat palm regular push ups so I had to buy this. This actually lets u drop lower and work your muscles more. This thing is very light weight but solid. I was skeptical at first since it is plastic. It felt very secure and doesn’t move on the floor. The base is very sturdy. I took it on vacation and the legs comes off and travels easy. The grip is very comfortable.

Excellent grips for pushups

Been using these push-up grips for about a week. They are well built and have excellent grip on hands and on floor. Bottom part of grips have protection for you floor or workout mat. They fit well in my Nike workout bag.

Helps with form.

Helps make sure you are using good form when doing push ups and relieves your wrist of pressure by giving you something to put weight on instead of directly on palms.

Look better in person

These look awesome in person. I thought they were going to be as small as the ones I had, but these just look very sturdy. The foam grip feels kind of questionable though. During a push-up, it feels as if the foam will slide forward. Hopefully, that is just a "feeling" and not a thing waiting to happen. For the price, however, I would definitely purchase again if such a thing were to happen. I just hope it takes a while before that. The range of motion on these is nice too.
