Narrow Nikes

Concept is nice, however, the shoe is very narrow. I even bought a size up in hopes that would help.

Very poor quality. 0/10. Not good for everyday wear.

Narrow fit

I bought this shoe for my grandson to wear with his black and white Nike outfits. The length was fine but the width is kind of narrow and makes it hard to put the shoes on. Kind of a waste of money. I do not recommend purchasing this shoe.

Seams come apart easily.

I bought these for my son for school 9 days ago and the rubber seam along both toes has completely lifted off. It rained yesterday and they did get wet but to have seams come undone so easily is pretty concerning. He loved how easily he could get them on and off and they seemed supportive. But a sneaker that falls apart after 9 days is not something I want on my little guys feet. The 2 other pairs of Flex Nikes he had before this also had seams loosen above the toe box. This happened after a couple of months and I figured it was just him being an active 6 year old but now I’m realizing they’re just not made well for “all day play”. Disappointing because he really liked them. I’ll be looking for other pull on sneaks moving forward.

My kid is obsessed with these shoes. So glad I walked into Macys to purchase! Great customer service, too. I’ll be back.

2 different opinions

I bought two pairs of these shoes for my boys. My oldest (size 1.5) says they fit perfectly and he has no issues at all. Unfortunately, my youngest (toddler size 9C) has had a very different experience. The shoes are extremely tight on his feet, especially across the top, and he developed visible bruises after wearing them. It’s disappointing because he really loves the style, but they’re simply too uncomfortable for him to wear. I followed the recommendation to size up, which I did for both boys, but while the larger pair worked out fine, the toddler size runs very tight despite him being a slim child. I even attempted to strength them out for 2 weeks and no relief. Unfortunately, I’ll have to look for other shoes for my youngest for school

Purchase not delivered

I ordered this item on Aug 17 with delivery for Aygudt 27th. On Sept 1st shen I checked the status, the item still showed as processing. I spoke to a customer service representative who said that he cancelled the order and reorder. However, when I check the status two later, the original order that was supposedly canceled now shows as delivered when it in fact it never ever left processing.The update of the item being delivered is completely false and then the audacity to add a note that says I can keep the delivered item is mire ridiculous. This is my second terrible experience if deception with Macy's online ordering.
