Very tight for size, white accents actually off-white

Average comfort and stylish shoe but runs very small. Ordered 9.5 but very tight around top of foot and ankle and 9.5 is usually perfect for me. Also, white accents around laces are off-white and more of a "bone." Not totally satisfied but will give it a shot for a bit
