Terrible customer service

Purchased these pants and another pair for full price. First of all, items said shipped when in reality 9 days later they never even got picked up. Carrier was DoorDash for some reason instead of an actual shipping company. Never recieved the items so I had to call and have them re sent. When I got them items the tag had 40% off on them. Called Macy’s to get a refund for the difference. Said they processed it. Never got the refund for the difference in price. Called back they reprocessed it. Still no refund. It’s been over a month long and 5-6 of the same exact phone calls. (“You’ll get an email 24-48 hour, then a refund 7-10 days”) so far after a month I’ve revived no emails nor refunds. Do not recommend even buying anything online when it’s almost always cheaper in store

Great Pants and Great Customer Service

The pants are a great fit and very comfortable. The best part of my purchase, though, was Bert, the salesperson at Macy’s somerset location. She helped us put the order in while we were at the store to assure we got the best chance to get it by Christmas! She was positive, had a great attitude and a wonderful sense of humor. Customer service, like Bert provided, it what will keep us shopping at Macy’s
