store clerk fumbled my order Macys took my money

I purchased this for my granddaughter. I had to return it, and instead of them, giving me a credit on my account, they took the merchandise and have not credit me. Now they’re telling me to go to customer service. Macys customer service is not up to par. I used to love shopping at Macy’s. In fact, I am a platinum member, Be careful when they scan your items

LOOSE DOESN'T MEAN OVERSIZED!

The description only says "LOOSE" (which is correct) as in FIT... IT IS NOT "OVERSIZED" as in the ACTUAL OVERALL SIZE BEING LARGER THAN NORMAL FOR THAT PARTICULAR SIZE! The sizing is considered REGULAR SIZE as someone mentioned in the reviews but it is a LOOSE FITTED sweatshirt and is approximately 24" in length from the back of neck to end of sweatshirt and approximately 21" across the middle when laying flat in size Medium, hardly oversized for a sweatshirt, in my opinion! Anyway, it is a VERY CUTE SWEATSHIRT that I needed in my NORMAL SIZE (Medium according to the size chart above) but I could have went down one size if I wanted. It does fit loose and long on me which I like since I want more coverage at the bottom when wearing leggings. Only thing is that for the money the gold swoosh symbol on front should have been embroidered instead of a cheap iron-on!

Nike Mishap

It's hard to give a review of an item I never received from Macy's. I was looking forward to wearing it Christmas Day. There was some mixup that it couldn't be delivered and the USPS returned it. No note from the USPS that they tried to deliver. Very disappointing 😞
