Sorry this did not fit as expected!

I was excited to order this dress, as it looked to be very stylish. I am 5'3" and am short-waisted when it comes to sizes. When i tried on the dress upon receiving it, I was disappointed to find that it was even short-waisted on me. That doesn't happen very often! This dress just didn't fit my petite frame. And, although I really wanted to like this dress, I had to return it.
