Wrong Size Description

The description of the size of the bag is incorrect. It is actually a Mini Crossbody. Macys sent out a replacement, but it was still the Mini and not the Small. After numberous calls to Customer Service without any resolution to the problem, I returned the original and the replacement. Then I had a problem getting my refund. Very bad experience with Macys.
