Never received

I ordered these shoes for an event. The shoes never arrived. I was tracking the whereabouts and finally I get an update saying they were returned to sender. I call Macy's and they were never returned. Ugh! However, Macy's did credit my account. They were somehow lost (theft) in transit once transferred from UPS to USPS. I will not be ordering from Macy's anymore.

Great Fit, but....

Dark Brown Nine West Earnit Ankle strap Sandal. The brown faux leather does not look bad. The length is surprisingly good, as my experience is Nine West running short. I bought my regular size, 7.5 and my toes are not at the edge, criss-cross straps at the front are not tight or snug. Perfect heel to platform ratio, Comfortable taking a natural stride. The only issue is the Espadrille sandal part looks dirty and frayed. They do not appear to have been worn, but certainly do not look like a fresh pair out of the box. Will consider ordering another pair to see if it is a fluke. Would initially have order another pair in a different color.
