running small

I bought this pair of sandals 2 weeks ago. because I loved them, but they ran small, and I didn't notice what it said as final sales. Now I don't know what to do with them. It's not my fault that that brand or the manufacturers come out small. I don't want a refund. I paid for the sandals ready, I just need one size up exchange. thanks
