Suede is slouchy and calf dimensions wrong

I got the brown suede and I think I am keeping them since they are very comfortable. I was suprised that they are kind of slouchy because in the pictures, they look like they hold their shape. Also, the calf dimension of 14" is NOT correct in this size 8 boot. It's at least 16" which may look sloppy on me with a shorter skirt but most of my skirts right now are long.
