Dissatisfied

I ordered these shoes in November 25, 2025 and have yet to receive them. I was told that the shoes wouldn’t arrive to the store until December 10th, which would be far too late for me. I’ve never had anything take this long when ordering from Macy’s. I no longer want t the shoes and I am Canceling this order. Very disappointed. If I could rate this transaction, a zero, then I would. Furthermore, I was never notified that the shoes would take this long. Awful just awful, Macy’s better get it together.

Attractive and quality shoe. I ordered the neutral patent and it is gorgeous. Goes well with casual and dressy outfits. Size is perfect.

The most comfortable heels

I typically wear flat sandals or sneakers but needed something for a black tie wedding. I thought the block heel would be perfect, I was correct. I wore the shoes for about 8 hours straight with no issues. Will definitely buy in other colors.

Cute but tight

I bought 7W, but I could tell before trying them on they were too narrow. I don’t know if they were labeled incorrectly, but they were definitely not wide-width shoes. However, they do look as lovely as they do in the photos.
