Terrible quality

I bought this purse as it was the perfect size for what I needed. Loved the soft pink color, unfortunately blue color transferred from my shirt and it won’t come off. outside of the return window for Macy and Nine West won’t assist with replacement or provide information to try to clean the color transfer. I used the magic eraser and was able to get some of it out but the blue shows like a sore thumb on the purse. Do not buy
