Did Not Get what I ordered

Sending the correct shoes I did not get what I order I got a different pair of shoes and I am unable to speak to a person to fix this

Blank shoes

It looks really sweet. The only thing is, are we all out of shoe models? I want to see shoes on feet, for proportion, for heel height, for color compared to skin tone. PLEASE give us photos of shoes on models!!!
