Chain of Pain

I loved the look of this cross body bag. I even ordered it in both colors. On my first outing the chain really painfully irritated my neck and my upper back when I used it as a crossover. It's to heavy. When I tried to just put it on my shoulder it continued to slip down. The inside is very mini. To mini for me unfortunately. Between the pain and the lack of space I have to send to send it back.
