Painful

Have no idea if they can be returned, but these are the most painful shoes I have ever placed my feet in. Mad I held them so long!!! Had I tried them on earlier I would have returned them ASAP!!!

Don't recommend

Beautiful shoes. But the shoes hurts so bad I wore them to dinner once it was the worst heels ever, they hurt my toes so bad I got toes cramp. If I didn't already wear them I would return them.

Cute

I'm usually a 7.5 in booties and tennis shoes but in heels I am normally a 7. I bought a 7 in these and they fit great. It's nice that they have straps at the back of the heel to prevent your heels from moving up and off the shoe while walking. The suede material can definitely make them easy to dirty up at bars. However, they are pretty comfortable for being lace ups and they are super cute!

Pretty but painful.

Very pretty show but Painful. The straps are so thin they dig into your skin and it hurts.

Shoes arrived dirty and incorrect size!

Ordered a size 11 and was sent a 9. Also, black marks were on the shoes. Sadly, had to return.
