Poor Quality Parts
I've had this blender for about a year and the pitcher suddenly broke during use. You'd think it would be made with much better quality. Especially for the price of it. Before the pitcher broke it was strong and great. Trying to find a replacement part on the website is impossible so I don't even know if they are available. Won't be buying another Ninja!

Great blender, made to last, it’s quiet, fast and strong! You can prepare all your shakes, dishes and drinks without even having to worry about how hard are the ingredients to be blended! Dishwasher friendly but not recommended! Mine started to look foggy after a few wash cycles! But not too bad!

LIDS SUCK
Blender works great HATE the lid. We use these often to make Milkshakes and the lids hold water when washed. It is horrible!!!
