Would not recommend

The blender malfunctioned after the first use,called ninja the base only was replaced.Upon first use with the replacement base,the same happened the blender power button blinks,that's it that's all.Called ninja once again only to be informed I would be responsible for the cost of shipping for an item that never worked from day one! Make it make sense!

Not for smoothies

Very unhappy with this. It makes the smoothies vey bobbly and foamy. Even the lowest speed is too fast. Only good for simple liquids.
