I’ve gone through 2 of these. Great when it works, I really have liked it, but then they stop working suddenly, mechanically. Really liked the first one, maybe just a fluke, over warranty time so purchased again. Have gone through 2 within 4 years.

Makes Great coffee
My husband and I bought this coffee maker years ago when we remodeled our kitchen. We love the dual brew option. It makes a great cup of coffee. We choose to use filtered water in our coffee maker and it keeps the flow clear from clogging like tap water would cause. We highly recommend this product.

No do not buy it not recommend
I received this coffee machine As a gift 10 months ago and 8 months ago it stopped working the pods don't work and I can’t make it 12 cup of coffee every time I tried to mke refmgular code start beeping and show clean I I have always maintained it by cleaning it but still not working even I buy a new pod replacement

Love ninja but this disappoints!
The coffee machine works fine but the k cup attachment stopped working. It will not change to the pod automatically and I can’t get it to work. We have cleaned it, wiped it out but nothing helped.

Dot get if using pods
The perfect idea, and perfect machine with a small problem, when you use pods you in up with coffee grounds in your coffee. If it wasn’t for that I would have given it 5 stars but that is the one reason I wanted this one and I love Ninja!

Kcup Pods won't brew.
The maker doesnt't brew pods. just spews steam all over and no coffee. Regular brew cycle works fine..One would think that the amount of money spent on this you could rely on it to work as intended. So far trying to get assistance has been futile. I don't see me pruchasing any more of the Ninja products.

Solid Machine
Have had this coffee maker for about a year now. It's a pretty solid product and has a variety of features for my family to make all sorts of beverages. As long as you keep up on cleaning/descaling it's good to go day after day. We did have an issue with the K-Cup attachment getting clogged at one point but was easily fixed by taking some time to understand how the water flows through it. I feel like any bad reviews here with people commenting about weird noises was related to this issue, but if you just take some time to understand the machine, anything that could go weird or wrong seems to be easily sorted.

Kcup doesn't aork
hello when I first got this coffee cup the reason the coffee pot is the reason why is because I love coffee? I love grinds cake, cups, and specialty coffees for the first three months. It worked great now anytime if I’m not grinding my coffee and having you know, drip coffee, I cannot use my Froster or my K cups. All it does is it really it keeps popping up this is the second time I complained about this on here. I tried calling the one 800 number that you gave me and they basically treated me like I was weird. Nobody helped me so I was about to give up so again today I you know cleaned it I made sure that the needles for my K cups were OK and still doesn’t work.
