Runs Super small

The dress runs extremely small. I normally wear a size 14. I ordered an XL thinking I would have a little extra room. To my surprise, I couldn't even get my arms in the dress. I did finally squeeze into it but it wouldn't come down. There was no hope of even trying to zip it. The only thing that would close was to collar. The dress is beautiful, but I was so disappointed with the cut and the sizing.
