This dresser looks somewhat like the picture, but my complaint is that on the outside it looks great but, on the inside, it is poorly made, i.e., the drawers are extremely loose and the wood inside is thin, cracked, and unfinished. I do agree with others who purchased this item that the quality does not match the price and I am very disappointed with this purchase because I am used to a much higher quality of furniture from Macy's.
Very dissapointed
We had this chest for almost a year. Since the time we got it, the drawers did not close properly and even on sale, it is overpriced for its quality.
Disappointed
I ordered this chest for my son and it is really cute but the drawers are very difficult to open and close and I cannot even open the top drawer. As another reviewer mentioned, the drawers are very unstable. There are currently only two drawers that we will be able to use. I paid the additional fee for white glove delivery. I am not sure if it is the construction of the furniture or the assembly.
Quality an issue
Style and sale price very appealing, but quality is very poor! Drawers are all very unstable.
Great color
I got this in the gray and its actually a really nice color. Drawers are roomy. The chest has a couple minor defects but other than that a nice piece of furniture
