Noritake Charlotta Gold

A number of years ago, I purchased Noritake Contemporary Metropolitan Gold II dishware. I went to replace a few plates that had become chipped. Metro Gold is not offered any longer, but Charlotta Gold was similar. I am happy with what I received. The gold around the rim is slightly darker than Metro Gold, but overall it is a close match, and I'm happy with it. I would order it again. I also purchased fruit bowls and soup bowls.

gorgeous and practical

That classic look that never goes out of style. I love that these are made in Sri Lanka where premium porcelain exist. Each item was inspected and the box had the name of the person who inspected it. What a nice human touch. I wish I could share a picture here! I shared it on Instagram. I've been using the full set for about two weeks now for daily meals. It’s both dishwasher and microwave safe and has held beautifully. I got the fruit bowls and soup/pasta plates separately. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Dinnerware

These are so gorgeous and amazing quality! I think they will hold up well but won’t use them for everyday dishes. They are good for all kinds of hosting! They came packaged nicely!
