    Dishwasher Safe

    Color is very nice for what we wanted. Very nice! Plate rims are not even when stacked. After taking all lables off two sets, we found out the plates are too tall (about 11" or 80cm) for our dishwasher by 1/2".

    Just what I wanted

    I have 8 place settings of these dishes and wanted 4 more. They arrived in great shape, well-packed. I was pleased to see that after using my old dishes for multiple years and putting them in the dishwasher, these new dishes are exactly the same color -- no fading or color change in dye lots.

    Square plates

    Colorwave are very nice dishes. I have had 3 other different color sets over the years. However, this is the first set of square plates I have owned. They are slightly heavier than the round plates. The pictures on the website also show the square plates as much flatter than what they actually are. The square plate edges tilt up higher than the round, which I’m not sure I like. Not ALL meals sit in the center of the plate. Food has to sit on the angle/tilt of the plate. Example; if you are serving a meal of steak, baked potato, and a vegetable, or any other meal with more than one food choice. As always though, nice quality of dinnerware.

    Just what I was looking for!

    Having already bought a beautiful, more formal, Noritake collection I wanted something more casual for daily use. The 16-piece Curve stoneware in blue is just what I had in mind. Beautiful and very durable. I highly recommend you give them a look.
