Damaged

Items arrived damaged. Either package were not properly packaged or carrier was not careful.

Poor Packaging-fragile items arrived shattered

This is more of a review of Macy's shipping. They shipped these items in original packaging in a plastic shipping bag so the big ornaments were shattered and the little ones were abraded. They should have been wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a cardboard box. How stupid can you get? EXTREMELY disappointing.
