lousy job/item so cheap! brokwn, old, used, etc.

Whoever did the shipping for this order, they shipped the old broken one, box so old and torn/wripped, so disappointed!! Person on the packaging department should be trained and checked the item if it’s new, broken, used etc. before they ship it to the customer. It’ll be returned and will never order anymore from Macy’s. So disappointed!!! Zero star!!!!

The Christmas window display is really made well. Comes even with a suction cup which in my case was a life saver. I did not have any on hand. The colors are bright. I love the warm colors of the display that greet me when I come home.
