arrived used and broken

Arrived way after it was supposed to - so after Christmas, and is broken. The box it was in was sturdy and she light up part is so obviously broken that Macy’s must have seen what shape it was in when putting it in the box - definitely broken before it was shipped. So rude. I’ve received nothing but lousy ornaments from Macy’s this year. what happened to the quality?
