Very Fragile

Came very poorly packed —in bubble wrap and a brown envelope. One of the legs was broken off. Ornament is very fragile. I was able to glue the leg back on but expected much better from Macys.

Cute—Poor Packaging

I thought it was adorable and tried buying 4 times! Each time it came broken due to poor packaging. Returned but was only credited with one!

USPS Post Office Mailbox Ornament

The ornament is too fragile, it arrived damaged, and I had to return it. It looked less cute in reality than in the picture; I think I won't re-order it.

Received Damaged

Poor packaging cause of damage!!! Even though it was in a box there was nothing stopping three legs to be broken and body cracked!!!!

The item is worth buying. I had it shipped it came in an UPS envelope. No box. It was broken. Poor shipping. Called for replacement it’s a Christmas pressing now I am going to have to run around and find a new one. The replacement won’t be here on time.
