Two Pieces of Garland Tied To Make 50 Feet

The blue foil garland is a pretty shade of blue, and the quality, for the most part is very good. I would have rated the garland higher, but two pieces of garland had been tied together in order to make the advertised length. I managed to untie the two pieces, giving me a 47-foot piece, and a 3-foot piece. This latter will not be of much use since it is so short.
