Love my rug!

Beautiful solid heavy rug, bought the beige one. Well made Looks even better in person. First one I bought was damaged,had a hole in it . Seems like something that happened in the delivery process, not a rug defect. Called customer service, UPS picked it up the next day and I received a replacement rug within a week. Very good customer service experience. Very happy and would purchase again!
