zipper broken

I ordered these on clearance...came in with a zipper that is broken....and since they are clearance...no returns....

Runs large and stretches too much.

It runs very large. Tried two different sizes and still too large. Plus it has so much stretch that eventually, they are just hanging on. I wanted high waist, straight leg jeans but I won’t order a third smaller size.
