Barely acceptable for any price

I didn't expect a vitamix, and it certainly isn't. It does not completely blend ice- cubes are transformed into 1.5 cm ball and left rolling around your smoothie. What is carved off is not fine and made for a very crunchy pina colada. Smoothie additions like chia or flax seeds are left nearly whole. Soups are far from velvety-smooth. Cilantro stems tangled around the base of the blade and were not incorporated in tomatillo sauce.

Great for on the go drinks.

Very sturdy and handy blender. The larger blender can be a little noisy and when it is fully set up the height is too tall to stand under my cabinets. Love the extra blender cups that came with this. They are easy to use and clean for continuous use.
