Mess and lid not 100%cleanable

The lid of the cooker is not cleanable. This makes the cooker stink. Also the particles of water vapor falls outside at the back which is making the place messy. I cannot give this a 5 star. The hygiene we can maintain with this cooker is less.

I love this appliance!

I love this Multicooker! White Rice, brown Rice, wild rice, quinoa, etc, perfection! My only suggestion - Really a WANT - is a deeper steam basket for times when we just want to steam a batch of veggies. Please?

Disappointed loyal brand customer.

I bought this rice cooker a couple of years ago. After 28 months it suddenly stopped working. Very disappointed with product, after paying more than usual for a rice cooker, due to respect for brand.

Nice, but needs better and more recipes.

Nice size. Wish it came with better recipes. Who actually wants to eat most of the stuff they put in the book that it comes with. I just want ordinary food.
