Wrong Size Sent. Macy's is the Worst.

Wrong Size sent as per usual from Macy’s. Last time I order from them. Ordered an L, sent me an XS. Third order in a row Macys shipped wrong size or an incomplete order. Also refunds from Macy’s take like a month to complete. Please don’t support company’s that don’t care about their customers. Order from anyone else! I’m pretty sure at this point Macys is just a scheme to take customers money and hold it for a month to pocket the interest, since they never actually send what you order.

You Don't Get What You Order

Beware..You pay and they send you what they have not what you order..Lol. seems like this a big issue with this seller. Ordered a small got a medium which is extremely too big boxy coat.

Sent wrong size.

I ordered an XS, but they sent an XL. Funny thing, looks like they did the same to one of the other two reviewers smh.

Never got to wear it

Ordered a large got an XS took it to Macys in Short Hills for a refund 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t been returned by Macys as yet. And if this is how long it takes for a marketplace return I won’t be ordering again! I could’ve mailed it myself for a more efficient return.
