Cardigan Arrived in Wrong Color

In the Macy's write-up for this cardigan, the color was described as lilac (one of my favorite colors). When it arrived last week the color was Pepto Bismol pink, not even one of the colors in the original description. Gave it to my daughter as it was close to her size. This same type cardigan described as emerald arrived earlier in Nov. in a unappealing Grass Green. Not even close to the publicity photo. Gave it to my cleaning lady. What is going on in your merchandising and shipping departments?

Very Disappointed — Color Rubbed Off on My Blouse

I purchased this cardigan from Macy’s and was extremely disappointed with the quality. After wearing it once, the black dye from the cardigan smeared onto my nice light-colored blouse and completely ruined it. I tried several methods to remove the stains, but nothing worked. For the price and Macy’s reputation, I expected much better quality. I definitely would not recommend this product.
