Unhappy customer

I ordered this skirt in blue and it was noted as available in this color and the size ordered. I finally received it and they had substituted it for another color! Purple). Now, how do you substitute for another color without informing the contacting the customer for approval. Very, very unhappy about this. Thought someone may need to know. The skirt is very cute, just not the color I ordered!
