not a tunic but cute

It says tunic but it's not. It's too short to be considered a tunic, and that's all I wear so I'm an expert ! But it's a cute top and I always love elastic around the bottom of the sleeve. the material was a but thinner than anticipated but stoll works. I'd say buy it but not if you want true tunic length. would be cute with jeans.
